Internal Quality Assurer - Teaching Assistant Level 3

As an Internal Quality Assurer at Pareto, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of apprenticeships within the education sector. Collaborating closely with leaders and managers, you will champion the improvement of educational provision delivered by our coaching and delivery teams. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring achievement rates, aligning learners' end dates with funding requirements, and contributing to the overall success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate the educational standards across coaching and training teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements.
- Develop and execute an IQA sampling plan, conducting sampling based on risk assessments.
- Perform summative sampling of learners' portfolios before Gateway submission.
- Identify trends, issues, and training needs within the Skills Coach and Delivery teams.
- Conduct practice observations and interviews with delivery staff.
- Organise and lead standardisation and CPD sessions based on sector needs.
- Contribute to policy/procedure updates and relevant documentation.
- Assist in delivering and quality assuring internal training.
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory bodies' requirements.
- Set and achieve targets for curriculum improvement and success rates.
- Contribute to enhancing Pareto's reputation as a top-notch apprenticeship provider.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of Ofsted, ESFA, and Apprenticeship funding requirements.
- Background in training or education settings, or experience as a teacher.
- Deep understanding of Teaching Apprenticeship standards and delivery methods.
- Experience in quality assurance, assessment, or education management in the education sector.
- Familiarity with equality and diversity, safeguarding, Prevent, and health and safety regulations.
- Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice or equivalent.
- Teaching qualification (desirable).
