Performance Coach

Pareto has more than 20 years’ experience in professional services and training, and is a leading provider of sales and management training in the UK. Due to continued success over the last year we are growing our team of trainers and coaches. We are looking for an experienced- tech focused trainer and coach, with experience in digital learning technologies and blended learning approaches to bring further value to our product portfolio. 

If you have experience in digital learning technologies, sales training or leadership training and also have an interest or background in the development of teams, then this could be the role for you. 

Responsibilities

Assess, develop and deliver bespoke training solutions to a broad client base which includes: 

  • Highly skilled facilitator capable of delivering sales and performance interventions across a range of blended delivery methods
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of driving business outcomes
  • Builds strong stakeholder networks within Pareto and client organisations to deliver impactful solutions that are linked to defined ROI metrics
  • Build understanding of client needs, business structures, cultures and values 
  • Knows the commercial context,drivers and process behind learning needs and solutions of clients
  • Digitally savvy and can demonstrate the value of blended learning interventions
  • Engages with senior stakeholders to effectively fact find and identify key performance gaps within the organisation
  • Creates robust consultation agendas in line with the project requests and business objectives
  • Deliver performance workshops in line with client needs 
  • Creates and deploys embedment activities that reinforce the learning outputs and ensure that learning is implemented
  • Identifies and analyses learning needs: establishes team and individual capabilities and learning gaps, in line with organisation performance outcomes to be able to provide effective evaluation and ROI

Essential Skills include: 

  • Proven experience within the sales and/or leadership training arena and demonstration of the training cycle 
  • Tech focused, staying up to date with the latest L&D trends
  • A strong L&D background 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication with a positive outlook
  • Ability to write and produce course content 
  • Advantageous but not essential : CIPD / NLP / Coaching accredited
