Randstad, a global talent consultancy organisation, is hiring a Business Assurance Manager as part of the continued investment in its UK & Ireland Business Assurance function.  

We would love someone who can handle a broad range of topics to join our team. The bulk of the work will be leading on compliance queries, audits, incident management, complaint handling and training the business on all things compliance related. To enjoy the role, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently, with initiative and accountability in equal measure. This will be a great opportunity to get exposure to a wide range of matters, build relationships across the business, and develop your management skills and experience. 

We’re hiring for someone with potential, so you don’t need to know about the recruitment industry - but you’ll need the ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly as you go. The key thing is we find the right person, someone who gets the job done without creating more work for us, and in return we’ll provide a friendly and supportive working environment with market-rate remuneration.
