Digital Coach - ICT, DST and IT Solutions

Are you a passionate and results-driven individual with expertise in software and data? Join Pareto as a Skills Coach and make an impact by delivering impactful training sessions to both open and closed groups of learners. As a Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of future professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions focused on ICT standards, catering to diverse learners from various businesses.
• Prepare thoroughly for training by conducting research, observations, and client chemistry calls.
• Ensure learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) receive the necessary support before, during, and after training.
• Collaborate with Skills Coaches to provide feedback on learner behaviour, ALN provision, and key takeaways.
• Contribute to learners' readiness for End Point Assessment (EPA) by incorporating evidence-gathering opportunities.
• Adhere to best practices and guidelines set by awarding bodies, Ofsted, and The Institute of Apprenticeships.
• Embed Career, Information, Advice & Guidance (CIAG) within training sessions, linking learning to the workplace.
• Meet personal KPIs for training days and learner feedback to support business targets.
• Contribute to the development of reports, policies, and processes.

Essential Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of ICT and IT Solution.
• Ability to deliver content passionately, engage learners, and demonstrate their progress effectively.
• Strong time management and adaptive delivery skills.
• Relevant certifications or vocational qualifications in ICT

Desirable Attributes:

• Familiarity with training techniques like Pose, Pause, Pounce (3Ps).
• Experience in delivering differentiated training or coaching sessions to mixed ability groups.
• L4 Training Qualification or higher.
