We are seeking to hire a Fulfilment Consultant to join our successful London team. 

Job Title: Care Fulfilment Consultant

Salary: £20,000 - 23,000 + bonus + UK leading benefits

Location: London, Holborn (EC1N 2TD)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing a candidate pipeline of specialist workers
• Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of sourcing methods
• Ensuring we are able to offer our clients the best quality workers available
• Managing worker availability and utilisation through our state of the art candidate management tool

What does it take to be a “Fulfilment Consultant”?

Reporting into the Business Manager for the London Team. You will be responsible for managing and developing the candidate and clients pipelines within your own geographical area. You will be required to effectively and efficiently deal with all applications to a variety of roles as well as proactively source and recruit talented individuals for your clients.
